How it started • How it’s going
In 2003, Dana opened Papoose Infant Care in Truckee, CA. With parents on board applying consistent practices at home and in the classroom, play-based curriculum and 95% outdoors, children thrived. Papoose grew into a wait-listed program year after year, until closing in 2020.
